Blueprint Reading For Welders 9th Edition Answer Key
Posted this on another forum but thought I'd post here since a friend told me about this forum and been reading a lot and there is a lot of truly great people here with many talents.
I am seeing a lot more jobs that require you to read blue prints which there probably looking for someone who is a welder and a fitter but not really saying that. I know most people tell me they learned on the job and probably is the best thing. This is where i'm hurting for sure, they taught so little about ISO drawings i think it's called in school. You're probably saying to yourself how have i made it for so long now, well heck I would have someone tell me make a weld here and make it so big and thats about it really. I was a robot pretty much. I'm tired of being basically a dumb robot. I'm out a work now it's so freaking dead around here, been thinking I wonder if i could take a drafting course and would i learn about blue print reading and stuff in there?? Friends of mine mention this to me.
So what yall think, should i take a drafting class to learn this or what? I thought if i could learn some stuff about prints i might have a better chance at finding a job, and maybe not a job that requires to be a stupid robot with no brain.
Any info would be great.
Thanks
Chris
