How can I move a program from one computer to another? Like on computer A controls lights. I copied it to a blank Floppy and when i did mv Lights / from the disk it said File Not Found What do I do? (Please be specific Im VERY new to this:/).

I was just wondering if there was a way for me to move buildings from one singleplayer world, or server to another singleplayer world? While preparing for the Elytra to arrive, I decided I wanted a partially amplified terrain. However though.. I've put down hours upon hours in designing buildings in my current world, and would like to keep them, instead of starting from scratch.
Are there any programs I can use, or simply messing with the files, or some settings or something? Keep in mind I am no pc-genius, but Im sure its possible somehow!
